Welcome to SmartFundsLoan ("we", "us", "the Site"). By using this Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site does
SmartFundsLoan is a free loan-connection service. We are not a lender, broker, or agent of any lender. We collect the information you submit and share it with lenders and lending networks in our marketplace so they can decide whether to offer you a loan. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or guarantee that you will be connected with a lender or approved for any loan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and able to enter a binding contract to use this Site. The service is not available in every state; lenders decide availability in your state.
3. Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, complete, and about yourself. Our collection and sharing of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form you consent to your information being shared with participating lenders and their networks for the purpose of considering your request.
4. No guarantee of a loan
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a lender will accept it, that you will be offered a loan, or any particular amount, rate, or term. Any offer comes directly from the lender, and your agreement will be with that lender — read it carefully before signing. Lenders may verify your information, and may perform credit checks through traditional or alternative credit bureaus.
5. We are paid by lenders
The service is free to you. We may receive compensation from lenders and networks for connecting them with consumers. This compensation may influence which lenders receive your information and in what order.
6. Loan costs are the lender's
APR, fees, repayment terms, late-payment and non-payment policies, and renewal policies are set solely by the lender that makes you an offer and must be disclosed to you by that lender. Short-term loans carry high relative costs and are not a long-term financial solution. See our Disclaimer for representative APR examples.
7. Communications consent
Where you have given consent on the form, you agree that lenders, their networks, and their partners may contact you by phone, SMS and email, including via automated technology, at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time — see Do Not Sell My Info or reply STOP to any SMS.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to submit false information, information about another person without their authority, or automated submissions; nor attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any lender, for loan decisions, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
